Loyal to Love

Do you make time to love and nourish yourself? How do you show love and nourish yourself?

Our souls and bodies are like taking care of a delicate rose. One must be loyal to watering, pruning, giving it the right sun light and weeding around the bush to give the rose the ability to live up to it's fullest potential. 

Being loyal to nourishing yourself is crucial for the growth of your soul and character. Take a few minutes each day to show your loyalty and love to yourself. Each day when looking in the mirror washing your face, brushing your teeth, or doing your makeup, take the time to say "Thank You" and "I Love You"! As you wash your face, thank your face for it's beauty and say a couple things you love about it! When applying your eye make up, say thank you to your eyes and what you love about your eyes! As you begin to be loyal to loving yourself your beauty will deepen and blossom more fully.

Be loyal to taking time for expressing and showing love for yourself!
